Labradorite

Labradorite is a calcium-enriched feldspar mineral first identified in Labrador, Canada, which can display an iridescent effect (schiller).

Labradorite is often referred to as a "stone of the Northern Lights" due to the unique way it reflects light, creating shimmering, iridescent patterns that resemble the aurora borealis. This association is also tied to Inuit legends that depict labradorite as containing the essence of the Northern Lights, even having a story of a warrior freeing the lights from the stone. 

Healing Properties:

Labradorite is often associated with enhancing spiritual awareness, intuition, and psychic abilities. It's believed to stimulate the third eye chakra, which is linked to intuition and spiritual insight. Labradorite is also thought to help access higher levels of consciousness and promote mental clarity.
