Collection: Shiva Shell
Shiva Shells, also known as Shiva Eye or Pacific Cat's Eye, originate from the Indo-Pacific region, specifically shallow tropical waters off the coasts of Thailand and Indonesia. These shells are the operculum (protective door) of a specific type of sea snail, the Turbinidae. While found in these areas, they are also associated with India, Tibet, and Sri Lanka due to their cultural significance and the worship of Lord Shiva, whose third eye they are said to resemble.
Healing Properties:
They are believed to possess various healing properties, primarily associated with spiritual and emotional well-being. They are thought to promote inner peace, enhance intuition, and provide protection, particularly against negative energies and psychic attacks. Some also believe they can aid in physical healing by stimulating the immune system and supporting the body's natural healing processes.
